Introduction

We, at Samcara, believe that we have a special obligation to support prematurely retiring Armed Forces officers as they try to bridge the gap from the Armed Forces to the Corporate. In the US, former officers make up 10% of the CEOs of S&P 500 firms. We are of the firm opinion that this is possible in India too. For decades, our sister concern, SSJ Solutions, has seen the struggles that officers have faced in finding an appropriate career path in the Corporate world post-retirement. Maj Gen TP Singh (Retd), one of the brains behind Samcara, has long felt the need for having a specialized approach for their career counseling and guidance. Our interventions and program are designed to address this need.

We have helped our braves from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and also para-military forces.
