Our Integrated Career Guidance Solutions helps you discover what to do and then guides you on how to achieve your career goals. Samcara currently works in four verticals:
a) School Students,
b) Retiring Armed Forces Officers,
c) Students pursuing graduation or post-graduate courses, and
d) Working professionals.
What to do?
We use a world-renowned psychometric assessment tool to help you answer that question. Our trained and highly experienced counsellors guide you in achieving your career goals.
Our workshops help you understand the results of your psychometric assessment as well as guide and align you with your career goals and objectives. Our counselors exhort and expect you to do a considerable amount of work before you attend the workshop(s). Do not worry; our counselors will guide you on what to do on our platform and a handbook (that will be provided to you).
Our F2F sessions are enabled to help you clarify doubts and seek clarifications from our counselors. It also helps the counselors gauge your progress and suggest the future course of action.
Our platform remains open to you after the intervention(s) for a period of 90 days. Our counselors feel happy to provide support even after that.
