Career Guidance to IIM Lucknow MBA students for life-long impact.

Doing a career counselling intervention for working executives pursuing an MBA course offered a different set of challenges for our counsellors with the primary one being scheduling the sessions. The faculty in charge and the support staff were of immense help. The participants looked forward to the sessions and participated with enthusiasm. Our counsellors naturally were pepped up and motivated experiencing the zeal of the participants. It is pertinent to mention here that it was Samcara’s second B2B intervention.
