Doing career counselling for work experience participants ranging from four to fourteen years is fascinating and captivating. The challenges pertain to matching expectations with ground realities, getting the participants to unlearn some things that will no longer produce results, bringing to the fore motivators of the participants, and preparing them for change that is almost certain to follow.

The hospitality of the staff is simply exemplary. Our counsellors and mentors were overwhelmed by the love, care, and affection of the staff with particular reference to the guest house. It is worthwhile mentioning that IIM Indore is another repeat client.
